We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, AthElite Pro reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Hats and Socks and all accessories do not qualify for a return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any item purchased during a sale or gift cards. All of our digital programs are non refundable.
All items purchased using a discount code or at a discounted rate are all final sale items and are not eligible for a return.
Due to the nature of our guides being digital we can not honor a refund or exchange on any of our digital programs.
